Blue as in "crystal clear water blue" or blue as in "I may have added a weird chemical combination that caused the water to go blue…"?

If it is the first one, I suggest blind scooping the deep end of your pool. If there are leaves or debris down there, your pool will continue to go green. The milkiness might be from the clarifier you added. If it has only been this way for a day, you should be fine. To be double sure, you might want to shock with 2-4 times the normal shock you give the pool. If you have not been giving it enough of a shock, the bacteria causing the milky water will continue to grow.

After this, I would get your water tested at a store. Make sure that the pH and alkalinity are not extremely low or high. This can also cause cloudy water.
