Do you have a test kit? If so take a reading on the water and post them or send them to me at robandliz1992@yahoo.com. If you don’t then take a sample of water down to the local pool store and have them test for the following:
Total chlorine
Free chlorine
Combined chlorine
pH
Alkalinity
Hardness
Cyanuric acid
Total dissolved solids
Metals
Phosphates
This will give us the exact readings on the pool and will narrow down the problem. Clarifier works but only treats the symptom and not the problem. You want to treat the cause of the cloudy water, not the cloudy water itself.

um…is it new?……if it is thats how all pools are at first it takes about 2 weeks for it to clear up=) if not new, then i don’t know=)
